What is exciting about this role:
The Account Manager plays a key role in maintaining and upscaling existing strategic accounts. This role has a significant impact on the long-term growth of new accounts through customer visits. You will represent FitForMe 🚀and its products and establish partnerships while visiting Healthcare Professionals in the bariatric surgery sector.
Your day-to-day:
- Visit professionals involved in bariatric surgery (surgeons, doctors, dieticians, nurse practitioners, etc.).
- Maintain long-term relationships and build new contacts.
- Responsible for budget and for achieving set targets.
- Report to the Country Manager in accordance with the guidelines and is flawless about the administrative aspects.
- Connecting easily with people and knowing how to convince their relationships.
- Actively participate in half-yearly FFM Sales meetings, conference calls, and (international) conferences.
- Keep up to date with current market trends and product developments.

- Persuasiveness: you connect easily with people and know how to influence them toward a desired outcome.
- Hands-on mentality: since you will be working in a small team, you’ll have to take matters into your own hands.
- Flexibility: this role will require you to travel 50-70% of the time, so a 9 to 5 mentality won’t match well. You’ll have the freedom to plan your work independently, but you’ll have to adapt to event schedules and accommodate client visits.
- Representing FitForMe 🚀: ensure representative representation of our brand, both inside and outside the organization, and always play an exemplary role in this regard;
Job requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant sales work experience, for example in the nutrition, dietician, pharma, or medical devices sector;
- Excellent communication skills in German (C2 level/native fluency) in both written and verbal. Since your company language is English, a basic fluency level is required for internal communications (e.g. dialogue with international colleagues, reading training materials, learning product presentations, giving status updates, etc.)
- Excellent commercial, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Currently reside in the surrounding area of Munich.
- Willingness to travel frequently (50-75% of the time).
