What is exciting about this role: 

The Brand Innovation Manager's role is to pioneer the development of innovative vitamin supplements tailored for individuals who have undergone bariatric surgery, while also catering to people who are using weight loss medication. By leveraging deep consumer insights and market understanding, the Brand Innovation Manager is at the forefront of driving product innovation and developing compelling marketing propositions that resonate with our global customer base. Through strategic brand development initiatives, the manager will ensure FitForMe 🚀 stands as a trusted brand for both patients who have undergone bariatric surgery and people who are using weight loss medication, enhancing their quality of life. 


Your day-to-day: 

  • Translate Consumer Insights into Actionable Strategies: leverage consumer behavior data and market dynamics to inform product development and marketing initiatives, ensuring that products & propositions meet and exceed the evolving needs of the target demographic.  
  • Lead End-to-end Product Innovation Initiatives: lead the product development of innovative and specialized vitamin supplements. This requires utilizing deep consumer insights and market understanding to identify opportunities and drive product & proposition strategy.
  • Develop Compelling Marketing Propositions: Craft and articulate messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition of FitForMe's products, ensuring that marketing initiatives resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.  
  • Manage Product Lifecycle/Project Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate resources, manage timelines, and mitigate risks to ensure successful execution of product initiatives. 


This is what we are looking for:  

  • Consumer Insights: Ability to understand and analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and trends to drive product innovation, relevant propositions & marketing strategies. 
  • Product Innovation: Experience in developing innovative products or solutions, from concept ideation to commercialization, with a focus on meeting customer needs and enhancing brand value. 
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and drive initiatives from inception to execution. 
  • Brand Development: Experience in developing and implementing brand strategies, including messaging, positioning, and identity, to differentiate products and drive brand awareness and loyalty. 
  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to think strategically and develop long-term plans that align with organizational goals and market opportunities, while also being adaptable to changing circumstances. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across departments. 
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to derive actionable insights, make informed decisions, and measure the success of marketing initiatives. 
  • Market Understanding: sufficient knowledge of the consumer health, pharmaceutical, or wellness industry, including regulatory requirements, competitive landscape, and emerging trends 

Job requirements

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have 5-7 years of specific experience in Product Innovation & Consumer Insights within the FMCG and Consumer Health industry, with a proven track record of successful initiatives.
  • You have experience developing innovative products or solutions, from concept ideation to commercialization.
  • You can deep dive into market research and customer insight analysis, as well as come up with creative input in concept development and project management.
  • You thrive in a fast-growing company, embracing change with enthusiasm.
