Operational Buyer

What is exciting about this role: 

As a Operational Buyer at FitForMe 🚀 you are an integral part of our Supply Chain Operations team. You will independently manage the entire operational forecast, planning and purchasing cycle, starting from (sales) forecast to delivery of the stock .

Your day-to-day: 

• Manage day-to-day procurement: Issue and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery 

• Develop and maintain supply planning based on sales forecasts and inventory targets  

• Optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory while meeting customer needs  

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers  

• Proactively collaborate with other departments to align on sales forecast 

   

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in both procurement and planning is desired.

• Skills: Excel, analytical skills, planning and forecasting. You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy relationship management.

• Language: fluent in English (both written and spoken), with additional fluency in Dutch is a plus. 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration is desired.

• Personality Traits: We’re looking for someone with an analytical mindset and can act accurate. You are resilient, like to work under pressure, can work independently and proactively collaborate and align with others.
