What is exciting about this role? 

As an E-commerce Product Manager at FitForMe 🚀 you are an integral part of our Digital, Data & Technology team. You will be responsible for everything from the homepage, to the product page, the check-out, and our MyFitForMe environment. You will get the chance to shape the vision of our online e-commerce platform and help us expand our product development team in line with the impact you are making. 

 

What’s the challenge?  

We are a small team with a big ambition. We believe digital technology is the flywheel to propel our mission forward but still need to validate that assumption with hard data. Finding the proof, we need while shaping the development process and educating our organization on a validated learning mindset at the same time is what makes this role both exciting and challenging 

 

Your day-to-day: 

  • Maximizing the Value of the Development Team. 

  • Defining Product Vision and Strategy: Establishing the vision and strategic direction for our digital products. 

  • Guiding the Product Development Process: Providing direction and support throughout the entire digital product development lifecycle. 

  • Analyzing Product Performance: Taking ownership of digital product performance to ensure we meet our objectives. 

  • Promoting a Learning Mindset: Advocating for a validated learning approach within the organization to help us become a learning organization. 

Job requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, managing e-commerce products (traditional or subscription-based).  

  • Skills: Leadership skills, a data-first mindset, a value-driven approach, ability to generate insights and dashboards, strategic thinking, knowledge of User Experience and validated learning frameworks; Speaks the language of both the business and development. 

  • Language: excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (professional fluency level). If selected for a phone interview, the recruiter will speak with you in English.   

  • Education: higher education in information technology, business, computer science, or any related field.  

  • Character traits: curious, passionate, resilient, strong communication and leadership skills; you practice radical candor and you understand that agile is a mindset, not a framework
