Job description

Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for coaching teams and driving business growth? Do you have a strong track record in strategic account management and building lasting relationships with healthcare professionals? If so, we want you to join FitForMe 🚀 as our Sales Country Manager for the DACH region!

What is exciting about this role:

The Sales Country Manager is essential in coaching and developing the team while also maintaining and expanding existing strategic accounts. This role significantly influences the long-term growth of new accounts through visits to healthcare professionals. You will represent FitForMe 🚀 and its products, establishing partnerships as you and your team visit healthcare professionals in the bariatric surgery and obesity sectors.

Your day-to-day:

You will regularly co-travel with colleagues while acting as a bridge between country interests and the HQ located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Your role involves visiting healthcare professionals in the bariatric field, maintaining long-term relationships, and expanding your network. You will take ownership of your budget and targets, ensuring growth while keeping flawless administrative records and reporting to the Head of Sales. With strong communication and persuasion skills, you will foster meaningful connections and actively participate in sales meetings, conference calls, and international conferences. Staying up to date with market trends and product developments is key to your success in this role.

Job requirements

  • Proven Leadership: At least 8 years of relevant sales experience in pharma or medical devices, with a strong track record of leading successful teams.

  • Languages: excellent communication skills in German (C2 level/native fluency) and English (B1/ advanced). The interview process will be fully conducted in English.

  • Location: currently residing in the Northwest region of Germany (e.g. Dusseldorf, Dortmund, or Hannover).

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to connect, persuade, and adapt to client needs.

  • Persuasiveness: You easily connect with people and know how to influence them toward your desired outcome.

  • Hands-on mentality: Since you will be working with a small team of 4 specialists, you'll need to take matters into your own hands.

  • Flexibility: This role requires a commitment to travel 50-70% of the time, so a traditional 9 to 5 mindset is not acceptable. You will have the autonomy to plan your work independently, but you must adapt to event schedules and prioritize client visits accordingly.

You’ll score extra points if you have the following:

  • Network in the bariatric/obesity field.

  • Affinity with health and nutrition;

  • Experience with B2B on-site sales.

  • You enjoy working in a small team;

  • Open Company Culture: A workplace where employees collaborate, support each other, and communicate openly.
