Customer Service Representative (Nordics Team)

As we grow as a company, we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Nordics team on a fixed-term contract of 12 months. What is exciting about this role: 

As a Customer Service Employee at FitForMe 🚀 you are an integral part of our Nordics customer service team. You ensure first-class service to our customers by answering customer questions, solving problems, and providing (product) advice. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our company through satisfied customers. 

Your day-to-day: 

• Providing excellent service to customers via phone, email, and social media.  

• Providing product information and advice about our multivitamins.  

• Focusing on outbound calls related to starter kits and retention efforts.

• Ensuring trust in our products and our brand.  

• Ensuring connection between our customers and FitForMe 🚀. 

• Language: Fluency in both Swedish and English is required, as English is the company language. If selected for a phone interview, the recruiter will speak with you in English. 

• Experience: You have 2-4 years of customer service experience (preferably B2C and outbound). 

• Location: You live in the Gothenburg region. 

• Availability: You are available 5 days a week for 28-32 hours.

• Multitasking: You can handle different tasks and systems well, ensuring that everything is carried out smoothly and efficiently. 

• Interpersonal skills: You can connect with customers and teammates. We are looking for someone who can build good relationships. 

• Results-oriented: You are someone who does everything he can to get things done and is motivated by achieving goals. 

• Affinity: A passion for health, nutrition, and lifestyle is necessary.
