What is exciting about this role:
As a Junior Customer Service Representative at FitForMe 🚀 you are an integral part of our Dutch-speaking customer service team. You ensure first-class service to our customers by answering customer questions, solving problems, and providing (product) advice. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our company through satisfied customers.
Your day-to-day:
- Providing excellent service to customers via telephone, email, and chat.
- Providing product information and advice about our multivitamins.
- Providing logistics information such as package tracking, and invoice questions.
- Ensuring trust in our products and our brand. 🚀
Job requirements
- Language skills: You speak and write Dutch fluently, as you support our Dutch-speaking customers. Fluent English is also required as this is the company language. So if you are selected for a telephone interview, our recruiter will speak English with you.
- Experience: You have at least 1 year of work experience in customer service/ call center.
- Affinity for wellness: A passion for health, nutrition, and lifestyle is necessary. An education and/or professional background in nutrition or dietetics is an advantage.
- Multitasking: You can handle different tasks and systems well, ensuring that everything is carried out smoothly and efficiently.
- Interpersonal skills: You can connect with customers and teammates. We are looking for someone who can build good relationships.
- Results-oriented: You are someone who does everything he can to get things done and is motivated by achieving goals.
