What is exciting about this role: 

As a Marketplace Specialist at FitForMe 🚀 you are an integral part of our Global Online Marketing team. You will assist the department with optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, and enhancing product visibility to drive sales growth. 

Your day-to-day: 

• Develop, manage, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns to drive sales and improve ROAS. 

• Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maximize marketplace success. 

• Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to enhance product listings and conversion rates. 

• Drive Amazon’s strategic importance within the organization, ensuring it becomes a key success driver. 

• Manage the relationship with our external agency, overseeing performance and alignment with business goals. 

• Stay updated on Amazon algorithm changes, new ad formats, and marketplace trends to maintain competitiveness. 

• Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend. 

• Report on campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement. 

• Experience: 2 + years of experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, or digital advertising, with a focus on Amazon. Experience with PPC campaign management, bid optimization, and keyword strategies is a strong plus. 

• Skills: proficiency in Google Analytics and marketplace analytics tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, Perpetua, etc. 

• Language: fluent in English (both written and spoken), with additional fluency in Dutch is a plus. 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, E-commerce, Digital Advertising, Data Analytics, or a related field. 

• Personality Traits: We’re looking for someone with an analytical mindset, a 'just do it' mentality, and strong stakeholder management skills—someone who proactively reaches out to colleagues to drive collaboration and results.
