What will you do as a Lead Software Engineer? 
As a Lead Software Engineer, you are the subject expert and a trusted advisor in scalable solutions tailored to our business needs. You will lead software development, shape robust system architecture, and solve complex technical challenges. Collaborating with teams, you will ensure scalable solutions aligned with business goals, driving efficient and user-centered experiences.

Your day to day: 

• Technology leadership: Develop and maintain the technical architecture of the FitForMe platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Drive the evolution of the platform to meet current and future business needs. 
• Software development: Actively participate in the software development lifecycle, contributing hands-on expertise to the development team. 
• Quality assurance & compliance: Establish and maintain high standards for software quality, security, and compliance with industry regulations.  
• Strategic alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Identify opportunities to leverage technology for competitive advantage and drive innovation aligned with company goals. 
• Performance optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize platform performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Implement strategies to enhance user experience and system responsiveness.
