Privacy Statement for Applicants
When you apply for a job at FitForMe BV (FitForMe), we will collect and process the information you provide with your permission for processing your application, including assessing your application in relation to the position.In the event that FitForMe offers you a job, your data will also be used to prepare the offer. In case of acceptance of the offer, your data will be used to prepare the employment contract.
FitForMe does not use so-called 'automated decision-making' during the application procedure (decisions based solely on automated data processing). FitForMe also does not process the data outside the European Union. FitForMe does use external parties during the application procedure for assessments for example.In this privacy statement FitForMe informs you about various subjects with regard to the processing of your personal data.

Purposes of processing Your personal data can be provided by you to FitForMe, or to a person associated with FitForMe, via LinkedIn or via email. This includes your name, address, education, CV and contact details.
FitForMe can process this and other personal data provided for the following purposes:- establishing and maintaining contact (by post, telephone, by email);- making a selection of candidates to start an application process;- completing an application procedure;- completing the phase prior to the contract and being able to enter into an (employment) agreement;- providing you with access to our office.
FitForMe processes the obtained personal data for the above purposes. If FitForMe intends to process your personal data for other purposes, FitForMe will contact you to offer you the opportunity to object to further processing. This will be done before any further processing, whereby the information about that particular purpose and all relevant further information will be shared with you.
Additional information about provision and processing FitForMe exchanges your personal data with others. This concerns the following partners:- internal colleagues if involved in the application process;- the software for MatchQ assessments;- the Bouwens& external security service in case you are registered as a visitor;- with other organisations that carry out reference checks.
If one of the aforementioned parties has the role of 'processor', FitForMe will conclude a processor agreement with this processor to guarantee the protection of your data.If you make general requests for information and/or ask questions, FitForMe will keep your personal data provided to FitForMe as long as there is continuous contact on one and the same subject. When there has been no contact for four weeks, your personal data will be deleted within the following four weeks.If you apply or show a specific interest in a job vacancy or working for FitForMe, FitForMe will keep your personal data that you provide to it as long as the application process is ongoing and/or there is mutual interest in a potential conclusion of an employment contract. Your personal data will be deleted within four weeks of the end of the application procedure or if no more contact has taken place within 4 weeks, at the latest within four weeks thereafter. An exception to this follows if you give permission to store your personal data longer. In that case, your personal data will be stored for a maximum of one year after permission.
In case of complaints or disputes about the contract or the application procedure, your personal data will be stored during the handling of these complaints and disputes. When it is clear that a complaint or dispute has been resolved, the personal data stored for that purpose will be deleted.

Your rights Under the GDPR you have various rights as an applicant with regard to your personal data:- the right to inspect and copy, correct or delete;- the right to limit or object to the processing;- the right to transfer data.If you want to exercise your rights, you can submit a request using the contact details mentioned in this statement.
Within a month after FitForMe has received from you a request to exercise one of the aforementioned rights, FitForMe will inform you. FitForMe will also indicate whether and how to respond to your request and, if not, why not. If this is necessary in connection with the request, FitForMe can extend the response period. In that case, FitForMe will inform you within one month within which period a response will be made. Exercising your rights is in principle free of charge.
Submit a complaint to the supervisor It is possible that, despite FitForMe's careful approach, you have a complaint about howFitForMe processes your personal data and/or handles your rights. In that case you can submit a complaint to the regulator. In the Netherlands, the Dutch Data Protection Authority is the regulator for the processing of personal data.
