At FitForMe🚀, we're on a mission to improve quality of life and well-being. As we expand, we're searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Customer Service Representative, with fluency in German.


What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative at FitForMe🚀, you'll be an essential part of our Customer Service German-speaking team. You ensure top-notch service delivery to our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues and provide (product) advice. Your role will directly impact our company's growth by ensuring happy customers. If you're passionate about caring for customers, motivated by our mission and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Give (multivitamin) product information and intake advice.
  • Establish trust in our products and our brand.
  • Create a meaningful connection between our customers and our company.

Job requirements

  • You are fluent in the German language, as you'll be supporting our German-speaking customers.
  • You have 1-2 years of Customer Service experience.
  • You'll need to excel at handling different tasks and systems, making sure all is done smoothly and efficiently.
  • You are able to connect with customers and teammates is key. We are looking for someone who can build good relationships.
  • You are someone who's all about getting things done is motivated by achieving targets. If you're driven to succeed, you'll fit right in.
  • You have a passion for health, nutrition and lifestyle is needed. A background in nutrition or dietetics is advantageous.
